• I had gone to this place a few times, I liked it because they have a student discount but my last visit, the woman didn’t clean my brows up as well and as I was paying, she was obviously upset that I didn’t provide a tip. She stopped smiling and didn’t say a word as she gave me my change back which I found rude. Haven’t gone back since

• I consider myself a very east going person and I trust any hair salon to have a decent haircut. But for the first time, I can confirm that the ladies in Sutra hair salon have NO EXPERIENCE in cutting hair. I walked out of the salon with 2 different hair sizes, the haircut was badly done and completely assimetric. Basic hair cutting skills are needed. They don’t know how to measure the hair to look even.
  This is not a drama, they shouldn’t serve customers. Any beginner level hairstylist could probably do a better job.
  Never in my life I had such a poor job.
  I’m sorry for the lady (Jeanne), she’s a real nice person, but have no skills to perform her job.

• Treated me nicely but messed up on my eyebrows. They left them uneven, Don't recommend going even if its cheap.

• Mediocre job at threading brows. I told them once, “just a clean up on the top side of the brow because I’m trying to grow the hairs out” and homegirl proceeds to do the exact opposite and take out way more than desired! And they most definitely get upset when you don’t tip that they practically throw your card/change back at you. Very unprofessional feel to the whole place. Wouldn’t recommend even at the student discount rate.

• Sky for hair cut; Dephna and Jackie are the best for hair color, hands down. this is a great salon, they make me feel special at every visit!
