Right when you walk in the facility is so clean and quiet and the employees are very polite and accommodating. I was very pleased with the range of therapist and how the receptionist can set you up with the best match to meet specific needs for each individual. My massage therapist was amazing!!! So polite and very professional and worked on exact needs. Location is very convenient and I cannot wait for my massage each month!!!!!
I have read other reviews and people are upset about having to sign up for a year...where else would you be able to get an amazing massage for $50 a month?? It's way worth it! I love the facilities, the masseuses, and the facialists. The only thing that could make it better would be a jacuzzi and steam room. :)
I had an amazing experience here today. From making the appointment, being greeted at the door, and the massage itself, I am extremely satisfied with everything.
My previous experiences at other places have been as follows: what is bothering you today? “A and B, but especially C to focus on please” and they don’t actually focus on C they just go through the normal motions and give me a generic massage. Jaleesa did my massage and really listened to what I wanted. She listened and spent almost 60 out of 90mins on my problem area alone. She beat my knots to a pulp in the best possible way. DEFINITELY going back to her!
