I gave a coupon to my husband to use. He took it in but they would not honor it. It did not have an expiration date on it. The counter person simply stated that the coupon was from their old pricing plan and was expired because of that. So not only did they not want to honor the coupon but they were going to charge him even more than what was before the discount. They only seem interested in selling you plans and service contracts. Not customer service. And a place like this should understand that without customer service they are not doing what they should be doing. I can tell you that my husband did not come home relaxed or happy at all.
I haven't been to any other Massage Envy, but I really like this one. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I love getting facials & massages here! All the gals that have worked on me have been great & I like the atmosphere. Good job! Keep up the good work!

Massage was good but if I pay for a full body massage I expect well..a full body massage. My arms and hands were not touched and I was shorted about 10-15minutes on my massage not including the 5minute dress/undress time. My 60 minute massage was 35minutes total...that was last month, so I took my business this month to towngate massage..I cant explain how much BETTER of an experience we had there. They stayed passed their closing time by 20 minutes to make sure we were given our full 90 minute massage. Towngate massage all the way...
Great place!! Literally left feeling fresh and pain free. Definitely would reccomend this place to everyone!
