1st trip to San Fran...ever. It had been almost a year since I had a massage, I've been working my butt off, and was in town to meet my consultant. I felt it was time to treat myself. Problem was, I called four spas and no one had any time today, tomorrow, or my last day here.
I was reluctant to call Massage Envy b/c I had a bad experience (the only other time I visited) years ago in my hometown. But, your spa is only as good as your massage therapist.
To my surprise, while they didn't have any availability tomorrow or the following day, they DID have a 2-hour slot this evening at 5pm, so I took it.
First of all, HUGE props for accommodating me with such (apparent) short notice. Secondly, Nora was absolutely fantastic. Easily top-3 ever. I got seriously lucky here today - and I'd highly recommend other travelers give them a shout.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They charged my credit card $250 without my authorization. I have been trying to reach the manager (Tiara) for 2 weeks and she has been dodging me. I finally went to the site and the front desk staff (Sara) directly lied to me saying that the manager was at another site. I called that site and they had never heard of her. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
Needed to cancel appointment 5 hours before to take a neighbor to her Chemo app. Rude charging you 50% ... fine but I don’t need your attitude while I am trying to help someone in need. The female answering the phone didn’t care and was rude. There are closer Massage Envy to me.
PLEASE DO NO USE THE MASSAGE ENVY!!!!!
They are discraseful to customers and dare you to call corporate!!!!
