• My wife and I try to indulge ourselves with a massage at least once a week. We've been to the Far East many times and we love exploring new places. Never ever have we been disappointed. I mean, some places are better than others, of course, but generally speaking we are easy to satisfy, assuming the providers have the skills. Well, in this place - they don't have the skills. Our providers literally walked on our backs without us wanting, in a dangerous way and without a particular technique. The massage was incredibly poor. Not recommended.

• Wow, if you want an intense deep massage, this place delivers. I don't know why I haven't gone sooner. Another reviewer was indignant because they walked on your back... but, like with traditional Thai massage, I was elated that the therapists kneaded, rubbed, stretched & contorted me, and expertly walked on my back and limbs. They ask how hard you want it and they do what you want. If it's too hard, they notice, ask and adjust. The place is clean, relaxing, friendly, and professional. My body & posture was much improved afterwards, and I intend to go back.

• When I called today to make an appointment with one of the masseuses I was told by the woman who answered my call that the last time I was there I didn't leave enough tip for the masseuse, who actually is her mother. She told me that her mother wasn't pleased about it and she demanded that I needed to give her more tip this time... and she suggested that I should leave at least 20% tip. This woman didn't seem to understand that tipping money is an extra and although it's an etiquette it is still a customer's choice to leave tip that he/she sees fit. She should understand that it is NOT her place to tell customers how much they should tip. I hung up and thought to myself that if they didn't want my business and could not appreciate my tip money then I should bring my business elsewhere. So I called another massage place and I talked to a nice woman and when I asked her about the tip money she told me that whatever I felt like doing would be fine with them. I think this is how one should conduct his/her business. I will definitely give them a big tip!

  So, unless you are prepared to leave a big tip whether you feel like it or not stay away from Kinnaree. I will NEVER go there again!
