• Went for a gel manicure today and the lady was sweet but didn’t listen and put acrylic powder on my nails. I kept asking if this was gel and she kept telling me it was, but never used a light to set them. ?? My nails hurt and feel heavy, which has never happened in the past. Also, she didn’t do ANY cuticle care, nor use lotion or even massage my hands! Very disappointing and so expensive for something I didn’t want.

• Wanted an ombre, showed pictures. Was given super light hair with brown roots. Had an embarrassing panic attack in my car right after. Two stars because I was scheduled for a fix up appointment right away for free. Ufortunately the outcome looks nothing like I wanted. The original appointment cost me around $250, including a tip. I guess be very specific on what you want when going.

• Joelle's Salon and Day Spa is a beautiful facility with bright and light decor and a relaxing atmosphere.
  Chihara is my stylist -- her skills are really evident from the compliments I receive about my hair wherever I go : )
  I am older with naturally gray hair. My goal is to look attractive without requiring a lot of time spent on presentation. I could not have achieved this without Chi's help. I'm a forever fan!

• Great service, I have very difficult super thin hair and Maria did a great job coloring making sure not to damage it and giving me a beautiful blue balayage. I love it!

• Great location with super friendly and professional staff. Sheena has been doing my hair for over a year now, and I always leave the salon excited about my look, whether it’s a simple trim, a dye job, or applying a toner to give my thick hair some love. I can always trust her to be honest about what my hair needs and how often I need to come in for it, and she is always super sweet and easy to talk to. Would totally recommend giving this salon a shot!
