• I was told my hair would be $145-$150 depending on length and thickness. After the stylist commented on my fine hair he told me the price would me $210. Not ok, and the manager looked at me like I should have known the price. I had half a mind to just walk out and pay the $150 but I coughed up the rest since this is how salons scam people out of money.

• This is my go to salon for cut, touch ups & balayage! I come see Ann she does an amazing job always leaves my hair super soft and looking glamours. Ann is always very flexible with her schedule I usually prefer mornings. Please come see her

• I went there because I decided to donate my hair. Ann was the lady who cut my hair, and before she started I explained her many times that my hair had to be completely dry and clean, I asked if she could wash it before without any conditioner ONLY shampoo.
  When she was washing my hair she told me “the conditioner that I’m putting on your hair is a very good one and it’s one of the most expensive in the market” as soon as she told me that, I told her that I said since I got in there that my hair couldn’t be wash with conditioner and I asked if she did it, she said that she didn’t but by that time I wasn’t sure if she was following the only 2 things that I told here it was very important, and it wasn’t just because I wanted that way, it was because to donate it those were the requirements, and on the website of the organization clearly says that if the hair is wet or it was washed with conditioner they would throw it away.
  My hair was over my but, very healthy and I asked to cut it until my shoulders, she cut it very short (over my shoulders like 5 fingers), and when she gave me the braid, it looked like she cut it with her teeth because it was not straight at all. Before she started I told her that my hair was wet and she didn’t let me even say anything because she was telling me all the time that she did the same thing before many times.
  I tried to dry my hair leaving it under the son and I sent it but I never received any certificate of them so I called and they told me that my hair did not meet the requirements to make a wig. It made me very sad!!
