• This place is appropriately named Encore because your going to want more! We booked a couples massage on a Friday night and they were able to accommodate us pretty last minute. The massage was fantastic! The business was very cutely decorated and everything was clean and tidy! The girl at the front was extremely nice and helpful! We are so happy we went, and can't wait to come back!

• DO NOT GO HERE! The aromatherapy was rotten eggs which greeted you when you walked in the door. The room was cold, the door remained open, music was drowned out by phone ringing and people yelling. You get a thin sheet to cover with which was not enough. The lotion/ oil was Jergens and not anything special. The massage was rough, unorganized and not pleasant. From the start she was trying to massage my bones and it was painful. Im used to deep tissue massage too. She cried to crack my neck & back and that was entirely not okay. Don't ever let someone crack your neck!!!! She kept leaving the room, kept yelling at other coworkers. She tried to sell me more massages during the massage. It wasn't relaxing. I told her I was in pain she said, no pain no gain. Who says that!!?? I was cold, in pain, frustrated and honestly scared. Nothing like lying in a cold room with an open door feeling like you're being beat up. Oh and watch for hot stones to hit your skin without any warning! AVOID!!!!!!

• I had a particularly relaxing massage at Encore SPA that took all my stress away. The establishment is clean and comfortable, and my masseuse was not only highly skilled but also professional and amicable. I will be back for sure!

• By far the best 1hr massage I've had. Full body with hit stones?. I definitely plan to come back.

• Very unprofessional and unacomadating!! I had purchased a groupon online and made an app on over the phone stating that I bought a groupon they said that’s fine and I waited all day til the appointment then we drive 30 mins to go here and they act like they don’t know what Groupon was and try and get us to pay cash or card. So they call the owner and she tells me they make no money during the week and they won’t take my Groupon during the week. I work weekends and the week days are all I have. Anyways I happily returned my Groupon because even if they did accept it the place smell horrible and they had ratty sheets to cover the windows. They don’t even deserve one star.. WASTE OF TIME.
