The massage was good but they spoke the whole time and demanded a tip

I bought a groupon for my wife for mothers day, I checked the restrictions before I bought and there were none,my wife call for mothers day weekend to make an appointment and they said the voucher is only good for Monday tru friday and we can't use it on the weekend,very disappointed because my wife and I have been to this place alot of times, after this experience we will never ever use their service.
I found a good deal on Groupon for 60 minutes facial. The front desk staff said they would honor the same price on Groupon for the future appointments.
The Service: The staffs are very friendly and polite. There is no wait time when I showed up for my appointment. The facial room has 3 beds separated with curtains. I prefer the first appointment so that it is super quiet in the room.
Tina was taking care of my facial treatment. She is awesome! Very experienced and professional. She was very efficient and made full use of the 60 minutes. While I was having the face mask, she gave me massage... basically head to toe!! Very relaxing~ Definitely highly recommend her service!!
The Parking: Street parking (store frond & side street) 2 hours.
Nice and clean place. Reasonable price, hard working staff.
