• My review is going to be similar to some of the other reviews that I’ve read on here. Let me start with the positives:

  The massage was great. They were able to take me right away without making an appointment. The massage was reasonably priced.

  They also charged me a handling fee for using a credit card. I think when businesses charge for this, it is very cheesy. It’s 2019, most people pay with a credit card. If you have a problem with the handling fees, just build them into your price. People don’t want to feel like they’re being punished for using a card.

  I was asked before the service if I wanted to add a tip. As previously noted here, that is an unusual request. I get that there is a cultural misunderstanding here perhaps. But I hate when people in the service industry assume they are being tipped when they haven’t done anything yet .. having worked in the service industry for a long time, I consider myself a good tipper. You have to EARN tips ..

  My masseuse who is different than the person that charged me for the service, was also asking me about tips before the service was finished. Again, this is tacky. My total charge for a 90 minute massage was about $84. I tipped the masseuse $27. Now, to make things worse, they have a tipping chart at the front desk. This was well over their criteria for an excellent tip. Despite this, the masseuse was insisting that I give her more and that she “worked hard”

  I don’t disagree with the fact that she worked hard, but she was tipped very fairly. In retrospect, I should’ve taken the money off of the table ..maybe she would realize how rude she was in demanding more money.

  If you don’t have a problem with this type of thing, or are inclined to tip out rages amount of money, perhaps this is a place for you :-)

  In the meantime, I would suggest that the owner and employees of this business learn some tact about appropriate tipping.

• They walk on your back so that they don't have to actually kneed knots out. Then the lady massaging my back would stop and talk to her friend for 3 minutes at a time. After the $40.00 this lady named COCO demanded a $30.00 dollar tip and pointed to a sign that outlined a tip rating. That wasn't cool and that is why I will not be back.

• DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! They make u charge for tip and their so expensive and they do not give you the full time!

• It’s very pricey! I got a 20 minute massage for $40!!! & then the lady had the audacity to ask me for a tip when she over charged.

• WORST EVER. EVER. DO NOT WASTE A PENNY. -0 STARS. WORST.
