• THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I called to verify if an appointment was needed because I am just visiting for work and didn't know the area. I have been traveling nonstop for work and needed a massage. She told me I could come by and I said i would be there on 15-20 min. On my way there I realized my phone was about to die so I made sure to take my charger with me to charge at the location. I knocked on the door and she proceeded to scold me that I was late. I explained that my phone died and I am unfamiliar with the area. She told me I would have to wait which was fine as she was finishing up another client who came in. Fine....no worries. She wrapped up with him and came in demanding the prepayment of the massage. I told her that I never do that and handed her my credit card. She said cash only. I didn't have the cash so I proceeded to leave. I figured I really needed the massage so I went across the street to the grocery store and bought something to get cash back. I returned to the location and handed over the $45. She got angry and rude when i didn't include a tip before services rendered. She started to yell and argue with me and kicked me out so I took the money from her hand and left. Why would I tip you before you provide the service. Are you going to base ny service on your tip size? Never go to this place. Not worth the hassle.

• I called ahead and went there the day B4 Thanksgiving for a 1 hour full body massage. It was my first time there and the experience was excellent. The rooms are very quiet, clean, and comfortable. After a 5 min wait I was showed to one of the massage rooms. Lily did a very thorough and relaxing massage and after about 40 min asked if I wanted a face massage. I chose to go with a foot massage which was wonderful. She offered me some water, I left her a well deserved tip and was on my way. Will definitely visit them again to sooth sore muscles and general feel-good session. They seem to be moderately busy, one guy left shortly after I arrived and another called and was told to arrive sometime after my own session ended.

• Never got a massage there but it’s 45 for an hour and a mandatory TWENTY DOLLAR TIP!!!! Pretty sure demanding a mandatory $20 tip is illegal. I’d rather pay $65 for a trained professional masseuse.

• She said $35 over the phone and told me$45 when I got there. That was weird but it’s ok. What is not ok was the dirty towel she didn’t want to change. As soon as I ask her to replace it she told me to go somewhere. Oh and also she asked me to pay tip upfront $15. Very bad experience.

• before the service she said only cash . 30mins massage 35dollars. And I said ok .She demanded 20 dollar at least for tip . I told her that it was my first time. I had the 20 bucks in cash but I guess is not right for her to ask for the tip before or after the service to any Custumer .I told her “ let me go to the atm and I’ll be back . Never came back .
